Terms of Service

Version 1 · Dated November 20, 2026

1. What the service is

The platform lets domain owners list domains and lets independent finders promote them to possible buyers. The owner always decides whether to accept an offer.

2. What the platform does not do

  • It never holds, receives or sends money. It has no wallets or balances.
  • Payment between buyer and seller runs through Escrow.com, using its broker flow.
  • It does not transfer domains, act as a registrar, or give legal, tax or investment advice.
  • It makes no promise that a domain will sell, that a buyer exists, or that a finder will be paid.

3. Accounts

  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.
  • Staff approve accounts before the workspace opens. Staff may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

4. Claims and introductions

A claim reserves a prospect for a finder under the listing rules. A claim is not an introduction. Only an accepted introduction can lead to a commission.

5. Domain control

"Domain control verified" means a DNS check passed at a stated time. It is not proof of ownership.

6. Your content

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post secrets, false statements, or material that breaks the law or another person's rights.

7. Liability and changes

  • The service is provided as is.
  • Every change is published as a new version. Released versions are not edited.
