Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, roles and approval status.
• Activity data: listings, claims, messages, offers, deals, notifications and audit records.
• Technical data: a keyed hash of your IP address for security and rate limits. We do not store the raw address in audit records.

2. Contact details of prospects

A finder may enter a prospect's contact details in a claim. They are stored encrypted, shown only to the people who need them, and anonymized after the retention period.

3. Why we use it

To run the service, review accounts and claims, prevent abuse, send notices you have not turned off, and meet legal duties.

4. Sharing

• Owners and finders see what the product shows them for a claim or deal.
• We use infrastructure and email providers to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
• Payment data stays with Escrow.com. The platform does not receive card or bank details.

5. Your choices

You can ask for access, correction or deletion. Some records, such as audit entries and signed acceptances, are kept because they are insert-only.
