Owner Agreement
Version 1 · Dated November 20, 2026
1. Who this is for
This agreement applies to anyone who lists a domain as an owner or as a person with authority to sell it.
2. Your promises
- You own the domain or hold written authority to sell it, and you will say which.
- You will not list a domain that infringes a trademark or breaks the Prohibited Domains Policy.
- You will keep your listing, price and commission accurate.
3. Commission
- You set the commission rate and the rules for finders in each listing. A released rules version is never edited. An existing claim keeps the terms it was made under.
- If a sale closes with a buyer introduced by a finder under an accepted claim, you owe the agreed commission outside the platform. The platform does not collect it.
4. Sale and payment
- You decide whether to accept an offer. Floor prices stay private.
- Payment runs through Escrow.com. Milestones shown in the platform are reported by the parties until Escrow.com data is connected.
- The platform never holds funds and does not promise that a sale will happen.
5. Ending
You can pause or withdraw a listing at any time. Open claims follow the rules they were made under.
