Finder Agreement
Version 1 · Dated November 20, 2026
1. Who this is for
This agreement applies to anyone who promotes listed domains to possible buyers as an independent finder. A finder is not an employee, agent or partner of the platform or of any owner.
2. Your promises
- You will read and accept each listing's rules before you claim a prospect.
- You will contact only people you have a legitimate basis to contact, and you will follow the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy.
- You will not make false statements about a domain, its price or its owner.
3. Claims
- A claim reserves a prospect. It is not an introduction.
- Commission can follow only an accepted introduction and a closed sale, under the terms the claim was made with.
- Claims expire, can be rejected, and can be released under the Claim and Dispute Policy.
4. Payment
- The platform never holds money. The buyer and seller pay through Escrow.com.
- You may need an Escrow.com account and identity checks to receive a commission. Those checks are set by Escrow.com, not by the platform.
- Nothing here promises that you will make a sale or receive a commission.
5. Ending
You can withdraw from a claim at any time. Staff may suspend a finder who breaks these rules.
