Domains for sale. Independent finders earn when they find the buyer.

Owners list domains with a buy-it-now price and a commission rate. Independent finders promote them and receive commission when a sale closes through Escrow.com.

How it works

For domain owners

  1. Create an account and wait for admin approval.
  2. List a domain with a buy-it-now price and a commission rate.
  3. You decide every offer. Nothing closes without your decision.

For independent finders

  1. Create an account and wait for admin approval.
  2. Accept the rules of a listing you want to promote.
  3. Claim a buyer, introduce them to the owner, and see your estimated commission when the sale completes.

How payment works

Sales are paid through Escrow.com. TBD never holds money, wallets or balances.

Escrow.com releases funds when the agreed steps are complete. Until an Escrow.com API verifies a step, TBD shows it as reported by the parties.

Questions

Who holds the money?
Escrow.com holds the funds for a sale. TBD does not hold money, wallets or balances.
How is domain control checked?
A domain shows Domain control verified after the owner completes a DNS check. That shows control of the domain. It does not prove legal ownership.
Who can join?
An admin reviews every account. A pending account cannot list a domain or promote one.
What is an estimated commission?
It is the commission rate applied to the sale price, before Escrow.com fees. The final amount is set when the sale completes.
