Listing Rules Template

What this is

A template for the rules an owner sets on each listing. The owner can change the rules by publishing a new version. A released version is never edited, and each claim keeps the version it was made under.

What an owner sets

• Commission rate in basis points (1500 means 15%) and the currency.
• Authority level: introduce only, or negotiate within limits the owner states.
• Which prospects are excluded. The exclusion list is never shown publicly.
• How long a claim is reserved, how long a finder has to introduce a buyer, and how long protection lasts after an accepted introduction.
• Contact limits: channels allowed, and what finders must not say.

What stays private

Floor price, finder notes and the exclusion list never appear on public pages.

Defaults

Where an owner sets nothing, the platform defaults in the product apply and are shown on the listing before a finder claims.
