IP and Trademark Complaint Procedure
Version 1 · Dated November 20, 2026
1. Who can complain
A trademark or other rights holder who believes a listed domain infringes their rights.
2. What to send
- The domain and the listing page.
- The right you hold, with a registration number or other proof, and where it applies.
- Why you think the domain infringes it.
- Your name and contact details.
3. What we do
- Staff review the complaint and may suspend the listing while they do, with a recorded reason.
- Open claims on that listing are paused under the Claim and Dispute Policy.
- The owner is told and can respond.
4. What we do not do
The platform does not decide who has the better right to a domain, and does not transfer or cancel domains.
5. Where the dispute goes
After suspension, we direct the parties to the proper process: the UDRP or URS for domain name disputes, or a court or the registry or registrar procedure that applies. We follow the outcome of that process.
